Engagement Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements and project teams to deliver clear, high-quality analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand key challenges, develop hypotheses, and guide strategic problem-solving.
- Structure and oversee complex analytical workstreams, ensuring rigor, clarity, and timely delivery.
- Partner proactively with senior leadership to identify insights and enhance client and team experience.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment through mentorship, coaching, and hands-on leadership.
- Contribute to firm development through internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and capability building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting or within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical problem solving and strategic thinking, with the ability to structure complex problems and oversee multiple analytical workstreams.
- Proven experience developing client-ready presentations and leading client discussions.
- Experience leading teams in a professional services environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
