Senior Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply structured approaches to address complex strategic business problems.
- Own defined workstreams, translating analyses into clear insights and actionable recommendations that inform client strategy.
- Collaborate closely with case team members to develop and deliver client-ready presentations and materials.
- Support client discussions by clearly articulating findings and recommendations through written and verbal communication.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment while working closely with case team members and firm leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting or within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
- Enthusiasm and capacity to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility.
